Dev will tell you what he sees - where the problem likely sits, what pattern it resembles, and what the one or two most direct next steps look like. If the situation is outside his expertise, he'll say that too.

Written follow-up within 24 hours

What he heard, what he assessed, what he'd do and in what order - in writing. You have a record. You can share it internally. It's yours regardless of what you decide next.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

"Is this just a sales call?"

No. The 30 minutes is a diagnostic conversation - it exists to give you a useful, honest read of your situation. If there's a fit for a paid engagement, Dev will say so directly, after the read, not instead of it. Some calls end with a recommendation that doesn't involve Devverse Labs at all. That's a feature, not a failure.

"We've already tried consultants. What's different?"

The specific thing that tends to go wrong with AI consultants is that they start building before completing the diagnosis - or skip it entirely. The APMM diagnostic forces the assessment first. Engagements are fixed-duration with named deliverables agreed before work starts. And there's no account manager layer - if you work with Devverse Labs, you work with Dev directly.

"How quickly can you start?"

The APMM Diagnostic Sprint can typically begin within 7–10 business days of a confirmed engagement. The diagnostic itself runs 5–10 working days. If you're dealing with a specific production failure with a hard timeline, mention it in the intake form and Dev will account for it when looking at availability.
